摘要
目的:描述慢性心力衰竭患者自我护理行为及应对方式现状,探讨应对方式对自我护理行为的影响。方法:采用慢性心力衰竭自我护理行为量表和医学应对方式问卷对天津市某三级甲等综合性医院心内科102例慢性心力衰竭患者进行问卷调查。结果:慢性心力衰竭患者常采用面对的应对方式,自我护理行为平均分为(2.41±0.69)分。多元逐步回归结果提示,应对方式是自我护理行为的重要影响因素。结论:护理人员应帮助患者建立有效的应对方式,从而提高其自我护理行为。
Objective：To investigate the level of self-care behaviors and coping styles among chronic heart failure patients,to analyze the influence of coping styles on self-care behaviors.Methods：102 chronic heart failure patients from a hospital in Tianjin were recruited and investigated with medical coping modes questionnaire（MCMQ）and heart failure patients self-care behavior scale（HFScBS）.Results：In medical responding strategies,patients＇ behavior usually showed confronce.The score of HFScBS was（2.41±0.69）.Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that the score of confronce was a significant predictor of heart failure patients self-care behavior.Conclusion：Nurses should help patients take effective coping styles as to higher their self-care behavior.
