综述了工业合成维生素、氨基酸、矿物质有机物、不饱和脂肪酸、多元糖醇、激素、活性肽、辅酶 Q以及一些中药保健活性成分的技术开发研究情况。
The advances on the commercial syntheses of vitamins,amino acids,some organic mineral compounds,unsaturated fatty acids,sugar alcohols,hormones,active peptide,coenzyme Q and some active nutritious constituents of Chinese medicine were reviewed and discussed.
