摘要
通过2009年义县的特大干旱,试图找出当地多年干旱原因,提出减少干旱带来损失的具体措施,如改善植被防止土壤沙化、多栽植抗旱的农作物品种、增加人工增雨投入,努力开发云水资源等;分析干旱形成机制和应对干旱灾害造成的影响,为政府制定各种农业决策、抗旱对策提供科学依据。
Through the severe drought occurred in Yixian in 2009, we were trying to find out the cause of drought occurring in the local for years and thus to propose specific measures to reduce drought-related losses, such as improving vegetation to prevent soil desertification, planting drought resistance crop varieties, increasing artificial rainfall input to develop cloud water resources. The formation mechanism of drought and effects on drought resistant were also analyzed, which provided scientific basis for the government to make agricultural policy and develop countermeasures for drought.
