摘要
基于2011年高淳县主要水体干涸的严峻干旱现象,介绍了高淳县的成功抗旱经验,包括加强部门联动、及时制订各种预案、就近翻水、跨省和跨流域调水以及及时总结和通报、保障水质、加强督查等,并对其成功抗旱措施进行评定、总结,为各地今后抗旱工作的开展提供了可借鉴的成功经验。
Successful experience of Gaochun County in fighting the severe drought in 2011 was introduced, includ- ing enhancing the cooperation of depart- ments, making various pre-arranged plans timely, transferring water nearby, fi＇om neighboring provinces or other basins, reviewing and reporting fight drought situation timely, guaranteeing water quality, enhancing the supervision. Its drought fight measures were evaluated and summarized to provide useful refer- ences for the drought fight of other re- gions.
