摘要
本研究以潼关县黄金生产区及附近地区菊科植物萎蒿(Artemisia selengensis)、小飞蓬(Conyza canaden-sis(L.)Cronq.)、叉枝蒿(Artemisia divaricata(Pamp.)Pamp)、茵陈蒿(Artemisia capillaries)为研究对象,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定植物体内铜、镉和锌等重金属含量,以便确定建立人工生态系统的植物种类.结果表明:4种植物中,小飞蓬对Cu和Zn的吸收效果最好,对Cu的富集系数为1.39,对Zn的富集系数为14.5,Cu和Zn主要储藏在植物的根部和叶片中.萎蒿对Cd的吸收能力强于其他3种植物,茎中Cd含量高于根系和叶片.茵陈蒿对3种重金属的吸收能力均较弱.筛选富集植物对3种金属元素的吸收时,小飞蓬为首选植物,茵陈蒿被排除.
The contents of the heavy metals(Cu^Cd and Zn) in four Compositae plants,Artemisia selen- gensis,Conyza canadensis,Arternisia divaricata and Artemisia capillaries collected from around area of gold deposit in Tongguan County were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The results were as follows: the contents of Cu and Zn in Conyza canadensis were both higher than those in other three plants, accumulation coefficients of Cu and Zn were 1.39 and 14. 5 respectively. Cu and Zn were most- ly accumulated in the root and leaves of Conyza canadensis. Artemisia selengensis had the highest absorp- tion ability of Cd. Artemisia capillaries had the lower absorption ability of both three heavy metals than other plants.
