摘要
本文采用盆栽试验,研究了石灰性土壤中铜、镍、铅、锌复合污染对大豆和水稻的影响,并讨论了离子冲量在表征复合污染的综合效应及污染金属总量控制中的应用,结果表明:对于水稻,共存元素协同使产量降低,它们的影响顺序是:铜>锌>镍>铅;对于大豆、铜、铅、锌的存在降低了镍的毒性,影响顺序为:铜>铅>锌>镍,供试元素在作物体内的累积、分布和迁移除了受到本身性质和添加量影响外,还受到元素相互作用的影响,后者的影响很复杂.作物各部位的离子冲量随土壤离子冲量的增大而增大,当离于冲量以“有效态”表示时更有意义,本研究推算出石灰性土壤DTPA提取态离子冲量临界值为2.21m mol/L.
In this paper, pot experiment is conducted, to study copper, nickel, lead and zinc compound effect on phytotoxicity, growth, development, and accumulation of rice and soybean grown in calcareous soil. Ionic impulsion on indicating the effect of compound pollution and controlling soil heavy metal pollution is recommended.The results show that the coexisting elements have a synergism effect on rice, with a toxicity order: Cu>Zn>Ni>Pb, and have an antagonism effect on soybean with a toxicity order: Cu >Pb>Zn>Ni. Copper, lead and zinc reduce the toxicity of nickel. Tissue accumulation and distribution of heavy metals in crops depend on the dose applied and interaction of elements.Generally, the higher the soil ionic impulsion results the higher crop ionic impulsion. It is much significantly for ionic impulsion when the concentration of each element is expressed by its available amount and the soil ionic impulsion at which the crop yield is reduced 10 percent 2.21 mmol/l
