ICP-MS法测定中药材番石榴叶中15种微量元素 被引量:3

摘要 目的:测定番石榴叶中Be、Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Co、Ni、Cu、As、Sr、Mo、Cd、Sb、Pb、Hg这15种微量元素含量,为番石榴叶应用安全提供依据。方法:样品前处理采用微波消解法,并通过电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定番石榴叶中15种微量元素的量。结果:各元素线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.995;各元素精密度RSD均小于4.57%,样品重复性RSD均小于12.09%,各元素加样回收率范围为76.96%~118.55%。结论:本研究采用ICP-MS检测番石榴叶中微量元素分布,方法简便、操作简单、结果准确,可为检测番石榴叶中微量元素分布提供依据。 In this study we determined the content of 15 trace elements in Psidium guajava leaves,including Be,Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Co,Ni,Cu,As,Sr,Mo,Cd,Sb,Pb and Hg.Sample pretreatment was performed by microwave digestion,and the content of the 15 trace elements in Psidium guajava leaves was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The results showed that the linear relationship of each element was good,the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.995,the precision RSD of each element was less than 4.57%,the repeatability RSD of the samples was less than 12.09%,and the recovery rate of each element ranged from 76.96%to 118.55%.This method was simple and accurate,and could provide basis for detecting the distribution of trace elements in Psidium guajava leaves.
