摘要
嘉兴市构建的城乡一体化公共图书馆服务体系建设已取得初步成效,也引领着我国公共图书馆总分馆建设模式的深入发展。但嘉兴市城乡一体化公共图书馆服务体系建设还需进一步完善和延伸。其中服务体系建设重点亟待突破的领域是在体系末端,村(社区)图书馆的可持续发展问题亟待解决。文章介绍了两个不同建设体制下建设成功案例的村图书分馆及一个典型的失败案例,总结了村图书分馆两极分化的现象及存在的问题,最后分析了解决的方法。
In the process of urban and rural integration, Jiaxing has achieved preliminary results in the public library service system construction, which serves as a relatively successful example in the eastern well-developed areas and is leading the development of the construction mode of the general-branch libraries. This study finds that there it is of great significance to improve and deepen the building of public library service system, especially to attach more importance to the end of this system, which is the sustainable development of village （community） library. In the paper, two successful cases of village library under two different construction systems as well as a failure case are introduced. The paper also summarizes the polarization, existing problems and corresponding solutions. This study probes into the extended services and construction of village library from the perspective of a unified design of the general-branch public library system between the urban and rural areas.
