摘要
数字图书馆建设作为一项社会基本事业,应体现其"公共性"和"公益性",也需厘清数字图书馆"基本"和"非基本"需求关系。着眼于社会事业,探索数字图书馆运行机制和发展模式,试图建立关于数字图书馆建设的一个理论分析框架。
As a social cause, digital library should reflect its ＇public＇ and ＇public welfare＇, clarify the relationship of its ＇basic＇ and ＇non -basic＇ needs. The author focuses on the operational mechanism and development model of digital library, explores to establish the theoretical framework of digital li- brary.
