摘要
从西南交通大学教学团队建设实践来看,团队建设存在着师资队伍结构不合理、教学研究活动被削弱、教学和科研结合不紧密、人才引进困难等问题。因此,加强教学团队建设,应选好团队的带头人,注重教学与科研相结合,构建创新的团队文化和有效的考核激励机制,以进一步提高学校教育教学质量。
The establishment of teaching teams is proposed in the Quality Education Project by MOE, and the overall strength of faculty members in the teams has been greatly increased. With the unique teamwork mechanism, the particular advantages in teaching reform, teaching resource development, establishment of teams and talent training, the teaching teams have currently become an important means for the enhancement of teaching and research level, comprehensive quality and teaching quality for the whole university. The practice in the establishment of teaching teams Southwest Jiaotong University has been analyzed in this paper and the necessity and urgency of teaching team establishment is elaborated, and the measures and means for the establishment of excellent teaching teams are explored, which may provide reference for the implementation of the State Quality Education Project.
