摘要
中厚板卷厂X70管线钢采用铁水预处理一BOF一精炼(LF/RH)一ccM生产流程,通过各工序过程工艺技术的优化,已能批量生产[P]≤0.00500%,[S]≤0.00100%,T[O]≤0.00090%,[N]≤0.00350%,[H]≤0.00015%的高级别管线钢,中间包钢水中99.61%都是小于10斗m的CaO—CaS夹杂物。铸坯中心疏松缺陷为0.5级,没有发现中间裂纹、角裂、三角区裂纹、针状及蜂窝状气孔,钢板性能优良,探伤合格率达99%以上。
The process of pipeline steel is: hot metal pretreatment→ BOF→refining(LF/RH)→CCM to smelt pipeline steel ,the mass production of high-level pipeline steel can be produced such as [ P] ≤0. 00500%, [ S]≤0.00100%, T [0]≤0.00090%, [ N]≤0. 00350%, [H] ≤0. 00015% through optimizing technology process. 99.61% from molten steel in the tundish is CaO-CaS inclusions and the size is less than 10μm. The defects in the slab center porosity is 0.5, no middle cracks, comer cracks and triangle zone cracks can be found, no needle-like and and honeycomb pores, the properties of steel plate are excellent and flaw pass rate is 99%.
