摘要
对旋转磁场净化钢液技术进行的实验研究表明,钢液在磁场下旋转速度的增加能加速夹杂物的向心迁移和聚合,但过高的转速将导致液面的卷流,降低分离效果。在同样的磁场强度下,不锈钢液由于粘度大,因而其转速比碳钢液的转速约低20%~30%。旋转磁场的施加使钢液中全氧含量迅速降低,在80~120r/min的转速下,碳钢可以获得约70%、不锈钢可以获得38%以上的全氧含量去除效率。
The experimental research on purifying molten steel by superimposing rotating magnetic field was carried out. It was shown that increasing rotating speed promoted the centripetal migration and coagulation of the inclusions, however, excessive rotating speed resulted in the appearance of rolled flow on the surface of liquid, which decreased purification efficiency. Due to a higher viscosity, rotating speed of molten stainless steel was 20 % - 30 % lower than that of molten carbon steel in the same magnetic flux density. Superimposing rotating magnetic field could reduce the total oxygen concentration of molten steel, in the situation of 80 - 120 r/min, the removal efficiency of total oxygen could be reached to 70 % for molten carbon steel and 38 % for molten stainless steel.
