摘要
简要叙述了超纯净钢冶炼的总体技术思路,以及炼钢各工序采用的主要工艺技术,在现有技术装备条件下应用一些新技术冶炼出了成品磷、硫、氧、氮、氢总含量为80×10-4%的超纯净钢。提出了更高纯净度要求的新目标和需要进一步解决的技术、设备问题。
The general idea of producing superior pure steel and the main technologies adopted in each steelmaking process are briefly stated.Under the condition of the existing technologies and installed equipment,the superior pure steel containing phosphorus,sulphur,oxygen,nitrogen and hydrogen amounting to 80×10 -4 % are obtained by means of the application of some new technologies.The new goal for higher purity and the problems to be solved on technologies and equipment are put forward.
