摘要
目的 探讨AsAb阳性男性不育患者精液中Na+ K+ ATPase活性与不育的关系。方法 应用定磷法对抗精子抗体 (AsAb)阳性男性不育患者和AsAb阴性正常男性精液中Na+ K+ ATPase活性进行测定。结果 AsAb阳性男性不育患者精液中Na+ K+ ATPase活性与AsAb阴性正常男性比较明显降低 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 AsAb阳性患者精液中Na+ K+
Objective To investigate the effect of the changes of Na + K + ATPase activity on male infertility.Methods Changes of Na + K + ATPase activity in semen of antisperm antibody(AsAb) positive male infertility were detected.Results Na + K + ATPase activity in semen of antisperm antibody(AsAb) positive male infertility decreased significantly compared with that of AsAb negative male.Conclusion The changes of Na + K + ATPase activity in semen might be one factor that contribute to male infertility.
