摘要
目的探讨Ki-67、VEGF在卵巢交界性肿瘤组织中的表达及其意义。方法选择我院2008年12月~2011年12月手术切除并经病理证实卵巢肿瘤组织90例,其中良性32例,交界性28例、恶性30例。采用SABC免疫组化染色法检测Ki-67、VEGF在上述各组织中的表达并分析相关性。结果 28例卵巢交界性肿瘤组织中Ki-67表达阳性共12例,阳性率42.9%,明显高于卵巢良性组织中Ki-67的阳性表达率(9.4%),且明显低于卵巢恶性组织中Ki-67的阳性表达率(83.3%),三组间Ki-67的阳性表达率比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。28例卵巢交界性肿瘤组织中VEGF表达阳性共15例,阳性率53.6%,明显高于卵巢良性组织中VEGF的阳性表达率(21.9%),且明显低于卵巢恶性组织中VEGF的阳性表达率(86.7%),三组间VEGF的阳性表达率比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。VEGF和Ki-67在卵巢交界性肿瘤组织中的表达呈明显正相关(r=0.4523,P<0.05)。结论 VEGF和Ki-67共同参与了卵巢交界性肿瘤的发生和发展过程,二者联合检测可作为判断卵巢肿瘤恶性程度及判断预后的重要指标,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Ki-67, VEGF in borderline ovarian tumors. Methods Chosed 90 cases of surgical resection with pathologically confirmed ovarian tumor tissues in our hospital from December 2008 to December 2011, in which 32 cases were benign, 28 cases were borderline, 30 cases were malignant, and used SABC immunohistochemical staining to analyze the expression of Ki-67, VEGF in the above-mentioned tissues and their correlation. Results Of 28 cases borderline ovarian tumors, there were 12 cases of Ki-67 positive expression and the positive rate was 42.9%, significantly higher than Ki--67 positive expression rate of benign ovarian tissue (9.4%), and significantly lower than Ki-67 positive expression rate of malignant ovarian tissue (83.3%). Among the Ki-67 positive expression rates of three groups, the difference were highly statistically significant (P 〈 0.01). Of 28 cases borderline ovarian tumors, there were 15 cases of VEGF positive expression and the positive rate was 53.6%, significantly higher than VEGF positive expression rate of benign ovarian tissue (21.9%), and significantly lower than VEGF positive expression rate of malignant ovarian tissue (86.7%). Among the VEGF positive expression rates of three groups, the difference were highly statistically significant (P 〈 0.01). VEGF and Ki-67 expression in borderline ovarian tumor tissue was significantly correlated (r = 0.4523, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion VEGF and Ki-67 participate in the onset and development of borderline ovarian tumors, and the combination detection may be used as an important indicator to judge the degree of malignancy and prognosis of ovarian tumors, is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
