基质金属蛋白酶MMP-2、-9表达与卵巢肿瘤细胞侵袭能力的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)表达与肿瘤细胞侵袭能力的关系。方法MMP-2和MMP-9的表达采用免疫组化S-P法。结果MMP-2、MMP-9在卵巢良性肿瘤有少量弱表达,在卵巢恶性肿瘤阳性表达率显著升高,差异显著(P<0.01),且随恶性肿瘤细胞分化程度的降低而有升高趋势,其中MMP-2在低分化卵巢肿瘤组织的强阳性表达率显著高于高、中分化者(P<0.05)。结论MMP-2、MMP-9的表达与卵巢肿瘤的恶性程度及侵袭相关,在卵巢肿瘤侵袭和转移的早期起关键作用。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the invasion of tumor cells and the expression of matrix metalloproteinase MMP-2 and MMP-9. Method sing SP immunohistochemical technique. Results The Expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 was examined by uexpression of both MMP-2 and MMP-9 was weaker in benign ovarian tumors, while their expression was much higher in malignant ones. The difference was significant (P 〈 0.01 ). The expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in ovarian tumors tended to increase along with the decrease of differentiation of malignant tumor cells. The strong positive rate of MMP-2 in poorly differentiated ovarian tumors was higher than that in moderately and highly differentiated ones( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions The expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 is related to the invasion and malignant degree of ovarian tumors. MMP-2 and MMP-9 play a crucial role in the early stages of invasion and metastases of ovarian tumors.
