早期自然流产患者血清VEGF、sFlt-1水平的变化及意义 被引量：26

摘要 目的:观察早期自然流产患者与正常早孕者血清VEGF、sFlt-1表达变化,并探讨其意义。方法:选取早期自然流产患者30例和同期健康早期妊娠妇女30例,用酶联免疫聚合反应(ELISA)法检测2组患者血清VEGF、sFlt-1。结果:①早期自然流产组血清VEGF低于对照组,二者有显著差异(P<0.01);②早期自然流产组血清sFlt-1高于对照组,二者有差异(P<0.05)。结论:早期自然流产患者血清VEGF水平降低,血清sFlt-1水平升高,这可能是早期自然流产发生的原因之一。
