缺氧诱导因子-1α和血管内皮因子在卵巢癌中的表达及其临床意义

Expression and Clinical Significance of HIF-1α and VEGF in Ovarian Cancer

摘要 探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在卵巢癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测HIF-1α和VEGF在10例良性卵巢肿瘤、20例交界性上皮性卵巢肿瘤和64例上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达。结果HIF-1α在良性卵巢肿瘤、交界性上皮性卵巢肿瘤和上皮性卵巢癌中阳性表达率分别为40%、60%、92.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HIF-1α在卵巢癌组织中表达和临床分期、淋巴结转移成正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VEGF在卵巢癌组织中表达和临床分期、淋巴结转移、病理分型成正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。卵巢癌组织中HIF-1α表达和VEGF表达之间成正相关(P<0.05)。结论HIF-1α和VEGF在卵巢癌的发生发展和淋巴转移中起重要作用,可能成为卵巢癌治疗和判断预后的可靠指标之一。HIF-1α通过上调VEGF的表达,刺激微血管形成,促进卵巢癌的浸润和转移。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in ovarian cancer.Methods Immunohistochemical S-P techniques were used to study the expression of HIF-1α and VEGF in 10 benign tumors of ovary,20 borderline epithelium tumors of the ovary and 64ovarian epithelium cancers.Results The positive expression rate of HIF-1α was 40%in benign tumors,60% in borderline epithelium tumors and 92. 2% in ovarian epithelium cancers, the difference has statistical significance ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; The expression level of HIF - 1α was positiyely correlated with clinical stage and nodes metastasis, the difference has statistical significance ( P 〈 0. 05 )', the expression level of VEGF was positively correlated with clinical stage, nodes metastasis and pathological typing, the difference has statistical significance ( P 〈 0. 05 ), the expression level of HIF - 1α was positively correlated with the expression level of VEGF. Conclusion HIF - 1α and VEGF are important for the development and nodes metastasis of the ovarian cancer, they may be used as a reliable indicator in treatment and prognosis of ovarian cancer. HIF - 1α facilitates infiltration and metastasis of ovarian cancer by the up - regulation of the expression level of VEGF which causes microlymphatical formation.
