摘要
研究一种采用通用示波器测试GTR和IGBT动态特性的简易装置 ,介绍由intel80 98单片机硬软件技术构成PWM信号脉冲源 ,给出了进口GTR模块 2DI50D - 1 0 0 (50A/ 1 2 0 0V)和IGBT模块 2MBI50L - 1 2 0 (50A/ 1 2 0 0V)
A simple instrument for measuring GTR and IGBT dynamic characteristics with general oscilloscope is developed. The authors describe the PWM pulse signal source composed of intel8098 hardware and software techniques. The testing results of GTR modules 2DI50D-100 (50A/1200V) and IGBT modules 2MBI50L-120(50A/1200V) are given.
