摘要
随着科学技术的发展,利用现代技术和先进的器件对旧设备进行升级改造是企业节约成本的有效途径,是提高设备可靠性的有效措施,是节约能源的有效方法。本文简要阐述了电潜泵在海上石油生产系统中的工作过程,以及利用IGBT对电潜泵用GTR变频器的升级改造步骤,比较了IGBT和GTR在逆变器应用中各自的特点,惠州油田利用IGBT对变频柜升级改造后节约了成本,降低了能源消耗,对变频柜的改造具有重要价值。
With the development of technology,the old equipment can be upgraded by using the modern technologies and parts.It is one of the most efficiency methods to save the cost for companies,an effective measures to improve the reliability of equipment and an effective way to save energy.The operation process of ESP used in offshore oil production,the procedures of ESP upgraded by IGBT and characteristics of GIR & IGBT have been introduced in this paper.The changes of production system after variable frequency device(VFD) upgrading have been pointed out.It showed that the upgrade for VFD is very successful.
