摘要
绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)以其优越的特性得到了广泛的应用,但其静态输出特性的测试一直缺乏一种简单准确的方法。此处在双脉冲测试的基础上进行改进,设计了一种新型IGBT静态输出特性的测试方法。采用该方法对某IGBT模块进行了测试,实验测得曲线与半导体器件静态参数测试仪371测出的曲线基本拟合,证明了该方法的可行性。
With the superior performance, the insulated gate bipolar transistor （IGBT） has been widely used, but there isn＇t a simple and accurate method for the test of the static output characteristic of IGBT.A new test method is pro- posed for the static output characteristic of IGBT which is based on double pulses test.The IGBT module is tested by this method, the experimental characteristic curves are fitting the curves measured by semiconductor device static pa- rameter tester 371 which proves the feasibility of the method.
