摘要
本文以惠州市为例,从人才资源与经济(产业)结构关系、人才投入与经济增长关系、人才流动与经济整体发展关系三方面进行认真研究。实证研究了人才资源优先开发对区域经济发展的重要作用。在综合分析惠州人才资源和经济发展现状的基础上,提出惠州人才资源开发对策和人才机制,从而促进地区经济的发展。
This paper makes an empirical study on the three relationships between human resources and economic structure, talent investment economic growth, talent drain and whole economic development. It expounds the importance of human resource development. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the current human resources and economic state, some strategies are put forward in order to enhance regional economic development.
