摘要
当前,纷繁复杂的“三农”问题对全面、协调、可持续的社会发展问题提出了严峻的挑战。要有效地化解这一难题,必须以科学发展观为指导,遵循市场化、持续性、公平性原则,切实增加农民收入,提升农民的经济地位;加大人力资本投资,推动农村的全面进步,真正实现人与自然之间的协调发展、人与人之间的公平与和谐。
Currently, our goal of all- round, harmonious and sustainable development is confronted with the challenge of issues concerning agriculture, rural area and farmers. The solution to it is adhering to the scientifie outlook on development, respecting the principles of being market - oriented, sustainable and fair. Even more effeetive measures should be adopted to increase farmers＇ income, to enhance the economic status of farmers, to expand investment of human capital and to promote the progress of the rural area in an all - round way. Ultimately, a harmonious soeiety will be built up, in which man and nature are in harmony, everyone shares the fruits of the reform.
