摘要
运用电化学循环伏安法和旋转圆盘电极技术研究了O2 和H2O2 在Nafion膜固定的微过氧化物酶 11修饰的玻碳 (MP 11 +Nafion/GC)电极上的电化学还原.结果表明,修饰电极对O2 和H2O2 的还原均具有电催化作用.测定和比较了O2 和H2O2 在MP 11 +Nafion/GC电极上电催化还原反应的一些动力学参数.发现O2 在修饰电极上经历了四电子还原 ,且还原过程与溶液的 pH值有关.
Electrocatalytic reduction of O2 and H2O2 at the glass carbon electrode modified with microperoxidase 11 immobilized with Nafion film has been studied by means of cyclic voltammetry and rotating disk electrode techniques. The modified electrode shows high catalytic activity toward the reduction of both O2 and H2O2. The rate constants of O2 and H2O2 reduction at the modified electrode have been measured and compared. It is found that O2 undergoes a four electron reduction at the modified electrode and the catalytic activity for the reduction of O2 is dependent on the pH of the solutions.
