摘要
目的 :探讨自由基在许多疾病过程中具有的重要作用 ,内源性物质是抗自由基损伤的重要防御系统之一。方法 :观察小儿上感、腹泻和肺炎时血清蛋白巯基 (PSH)和游离巯基 (NPSH)的变化。结果 :表明肺炎及腹泻患儿血清NPSH明显降低 ,总巯基和蛋白结合巯基无明显改变。结论 :提示腹泻和肺炎时自由基产生可能增加 。
Objective:The free radical has a very important effect in many disease process. Interior substance is one of the most important anti-free radical protective system. Methods:This paper investigated the changes of serum protein sulfhydryl (PSH) and non-protein sulfhydryI (NPSH) of children suffering from cold, diarrhea and pneumonia. Results:The serum NPSH decreases markedly in children with diarrhea and pneumonia, the total sulfhydryl and protein bind sulfhydryl do not change obviously. Conclusion:This research suggests that free radical may increase in pneumonia and diarrhea that wastes the sulfhydryl substances.
