摘要
大鼠体内肝、肾及胃肠牯膜等经常受到有害刺激的组织中,非蛋白巯基物质(NPS)含量明显高于其它组织。以0.8N HCl或0.2N NaOH灌胃后,在致损伤的同时,胃粘膜内NPS含量均明显降低。而预先给予巯基物质则可预防这两种损伤。表明在这两种损伤模型上,内源性巯基物质参与致损伤机制,巯基物质对胃粘膜有细胞保护作用。
Significant higher contents of non-protein sulfhydryls (NFS) were observed in liver, kidney and gastrointestinal mucosa, the tissues which receive harmful stimuli frequently, in comparison with other tissues. Tntragastric administration of 0.8 N HC1 or 0.2 N NaOH induced gastric injury and significant decrease in NFS contents in gastric mucosa. While prior administration of sulfhydryls could prevent these two kinds of injury. It suggested that endogenous sulfhydryls might be involved in the injury inducing mechanisms in such two models, and possess a cytoprotective effect on gastric mucosa.
