摘要
目的:对茯苓乙醇提取物进行血清药化研究,探讨茯苓乙醇提取物的药效物质基础。方法:通过建立茯苓乙醇提取物指纹图谱的方法比较空白血清、含药血清、茯苓乙醇提取物HPLC图谱,判断乙醇提取物含药血清中的移行成分。结果:雄性大鼠含药血清中有11种移行成分,其中6种为原型药物,5种为代谢产物;雌性大鼠含药血清中有9种移行成分,其中5种为原型药物,4种为代谢产物。结论:用血清药物化学的方法对茯苓乙醇提取物入血成分进行分析,初步确定茯苓乙醇提取物中众多化学成分在体内的吸收情况,进一步阐释了茯苓的药效物质基础。
Objective: To study the serum pharmacochemistry of ethanol extract of poria(EEP) in order to illustrate the efficacy of pharmacodynamics material basis of EEP.Methods: Based on the established HPLC fingerprint of EEP,analysis and comparison were carried out among the HPLC profiles of blank serum,serum containing,and EEP,to determine the main compounds of the serum containing EEP.Results: Male rat's serum contains 11 transitional blood components,including 6 for the parent drugs and 5 metabolites.Female rat's serum contains 9 transitional blood components,including 5 for the parent drug and 4 metabolites.Conclusion: By analyzing the transitional blood components of EEP,the study initially identified the absorption of components of EEP in vivo,and further clarified the pharmacodynamics material basis for the efficacy of poria.
