摘要
目的:探讨鳖甲煎丸治疗动脉粥样硬化疾病的可能性,为进一步动物实验及临床观察奠定基础。方法:查阅近10年鳖甲煎丸组成的单味药物抗动脉粥样硬化的药理药化研究。结果:鳖甲煎丸组成单味药具有抗动脉粥样硬化作用。结论:鳖甲煎丸可能具有抗动脉粥样硬化作用,并可能为扩大经方鳖甲煎丸的应用范围提供依据。
Objective： From pharmacological action of including herb in Biejiajianwan,we discuss the possibility of Biejiajianwan on the disease of atheromatosis;so we can establish foundation for further animal experiment and clinical observation.Methods： Search the last ten years study about pharmacological action on the anti-atherosclerosis of the single herb in Biejiajianwan.Results： The single herb of Biejiajianwan have effect of anti-atherosclerosis.Conclusion：Biejiajianwan has possible effect of anti-atherosclerosis,and provides proff of extending the scope of application of Carapacis Trionycis Bolus.
