摘要
本文报道以腹水型荷瘤小鼠生存期延长率及 S1 80 移植瘤的疗效研究 ,锌酞菁 D结合红光的光动力学效应及初步探讨较佳的治疗方案 ,并以血卟啉类光敏剂 HPS为阳性对照。结果显示锌酞菁 D在体内、体外均有显著的抗肿瘤作用 。
To study the dynamic effect of Zinc Phthalocyanine D(ZnPCD) and its possible good therapy scheme,the increase in life span of ascites carcinoma in mice and the inhibitory rate of S 180 solid carcinoma in mice were used.HPS was also used as positive control.The results indicated:that ZnPCD plus red light had good effect of antitumor in vivo and vitro.The better therapy scheme is that high dose of red light is used after two days ZnPCD given by i.p.
