摘要
从人才引进与师资培训两个方面入手,结合工作实际及本院实际,针对“政行企校”机制下人才引进与师资培训,提出了尽快完善并出台高职院校专业教师的入职标准,将教师的企业实习、项目开发能力纳入考核体系等建议。
As far as talents recruitment and teacher training work under the joint mechanism of Government- Industry-Enterprise-School are concerned, this paper proposes that teacher recruitment standards should be perfected and carded out as early as possible, and teacher's enterprise experience and ability of project development should be taken as important part of the assessment system.
