摘要
结构合理、数量充足的“双师型”教师队伍是保持和提高教学质量的根本。通过借鉴南洋理工学院具有鲜明的办学优势和师资管理特色,树立“无货架寿命”终身学习的师资培训理念,建立“无界化”管理的培训模式,构建“人师为本”的用人机制,合理的使用和培训师资,为骨干院校建设和内涵提升提供人才支撑。
A sufficient number of dual-qualified teachers with rich innovation and optimized structure are essential to maintain and improve the quality of teaching. Nanyang Polytechnic has rich and advanced teaching and management ideas and experience. With reference to its concept of non-shelf-life learning and teacher training, boundless management mode and teacher-centered recruitment mechanism, this paper puts forward suggestions as to train and manage teacher group.
