吸烟对多环芳烃接触者生物膜损伤指标、染色体畸变和P21蛋白的影响 被引量:3

Effect of smoking on biological membrane injury, chromosome aberration and P21 oncoprotein in workers exposed to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons

摘要 目的 :了解吸烟对多环芳烃接触者生物膜损伤指标、染色体畸变和血清癌基因蛋白P2 1的影响。方法 :对接触多环芳烃化合物的 2 4名焦炉工和 2 7名沥青工中吸烟与不吸烟者的血清谷胱甘肽S 转移酶 (GST)、血清脂质结合唾液酸 (LSA)、染色体畸变和血清癌基因蛋白P2 1水平进行研究。结果 :吸烟与不吸烟者间GST、LSA、染色体畸变率和血清P2 1水平各指标差异均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :吸烟对多环芳烃接触者沥青工和焦炉工的GST、LSA、染色体畸变率和血清P2 1水平无明显影响 ,可能是沥青工、焦炉工接触多环芳烃混合物浓度较高 ,掩盖了吸烟的作用。 Aim: In order to explore the changes of GST,LSA, Chromosome Aberration(CA),Oncoprotien ras P21 and the effect of smoking on health in workers exposed to coal tar pitch and cove oven volatiles. Methods: Occupational epidemiology survey was conducted in 27 cases of workers exposed to coal tar pitch(CTP) and 24 cases of workers exposed to coke oven volatiles (COV).The index such as GST,LSA,CA,P21 were determined in each group, respectively. Results: GST in workers(37.05±10.42) u·ml -1 exposed to CTP was remarkably higher than that of the workers(28.33±6.40) u·ml -1 exposed to COV and control group(26.85±5.70) u·ml -1 .The differences have significant( P <0.05).LSA in CTP workers(0.121±0.030) and in COV workers(0.135±0.043) were remarkably higher than that of control group(0.074±0.023)( P <0.05,respectively).LSA in COV workers was higher than that of CTP workers, but no significantly difference was found( P >0.05).CA abnormal rates in COV workers(89.5%) and in CTP workers(87.5%) were higher than that of the control(33.7%),respectively, but no difference was found between the two groups of COV workers and CTP workers( P <0.05).The amounts of the chromosome gap in COV workers(33/1900cells) and in CTP workers (45/2400cells) were significantly higher than that of the controls(3/12cells)( P < 0.01 ).The abnormal amounts of chromosome structure and number in COV workers (42/1900cells) was higher than that of control(3/1200cells).No differences were found between CTP workers with chromosome aberration rate(45/2400cells),with abnormal rate of chromosome structure (39/2400cells) and COV workers ( P >0.05).P21 levels in COV workers (2072±1532),in CTP workers(4398±1768) were higher than that of the control(1200±757)( P >0.05).P21 level in CTP workers was higher than that of COV ones ( P <0.05).The P21 differences were not found with or without cigarette smoking ( P >0.05).Conclusion: PAHs can changes the biomembrane in exposure workers. It can inhabited the immune function in exposure workers and has a strong genetic toxic .Oncoprotien P21 can be increased by ras oncogene activizing in exposure workers. It's indicated that all of the index discussed in this manuscript can be considered as the markers used to surveillance.
