摘要
目的 :研究中华肾宁片对急性肾衰大鼠肾功能的影响。方法 :SD大鼠 5 0只随机分成 5组 :正常组 (生理盐水 1.5ml/只 ,ig) ;模型组 (5 0 %甘油肌注 ) ;地塞米松治疗组 (ARF大鼠 ,0 .1mg/kg ,ig) ;中华肾宁片治疗组 (ARF大鼠 ,75 0mg/kg和 2 2 5 0mg/kg ,ig)。结果 :中华肾宁片可使ARF大鼠血清尿素氮 ,肌酐 ,K+ ,Na+ 降低 ,尿量增加 (P <0 .0 5 ,0 .0 0 1)。结论 :中华肾宁片对急性肾衰有治疗作用。
Objective:To study the effects of Zhonghuashengnin Tablets on the renal function of acute renal failure (ARF) rats. Methods:50 SD rats (male) were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal group (normal saline 1.5 ml/rat,ig); ARF model group (50% glycerol 10ml/kg,im); dexamethasone treatment group (rats with ARF, 0.1mg/kg,ig) and two Zhonghuashengnin Tablet treatment groups (rats with ARF, 750mg/kg and 2250mg/kg,ig). Results: Zhonghuashengnin Tablets could signficantly decrease the levels of serum urea nitrogen, creatinine (Cr), K +,Na + and increased urinevolume (P<0.05,0.001) of rats with ARF. Conclusion: The findings suggested that Zhonghuashengnin Tablets was effective for patients with ARF.
