摘要
急性早幼粒细胞白血病合并急性肾衰竭是罕见的。本文总结急性早幼粒细胞白血病患者合并急性肾功能衰竭的诊断与治疗经验。1名23岁男性患者,主诉头晕、乏力、面色苍白半个月少尿4天就诊入院。在血液透析与药物治疗后,患者病情明显好转,急性肾衰竭症状消失,尿量增加,血肌酐与BUN由1031μmol/L,43.12mmol/L降至正常与8.92mmol/L。恰当的血液透析与药物等综合治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病患者合并急性肾功能衰竭能取得满意的疗效。
Acute promyelocytic leukemia patient with acute kidney failure is rare. The diagnosis and therapy experiences of acute promyelocytic leukemia patient with acute kidney failure was summarized in the article. A 23 - year - old male began to complain of swirl astherfia pallor for fifteen days and oliguria for four days, who was brought in the hospital. After treatment of hemodialysis and drugs, the patient＇s condition was improved apparently. The symptoms of acute kidney failure disappeared, urine quantities increased, Scr and BUN decreased from 1031μmol/L and 43. 12mmol/L to normal and 8.92mmol/L, respectively. Appropriate comprehensive treatment of hemodialysis and drug has a good therapeutic effect on acute promyelocytic leukemia patient with acute kidney failure.
