摘要
目的 :柴蛭精浊丸对实验性前列腺炎病理模型的影响。方法 :通过给大鼠前列腺背叶注入消痔灵的方法 ,建立大鼠前列腺纤维增生性炎症病理模型。结果 :柴蛭精浊丸可明显抑制消痔灵引起的大鼠前列腺组织炎细胞浸润和间质成纤维细胞的增生 ,增加腺细胞分泌。结论 :柴蛭精浊丸对大鼠实验性前列腺炎有抑制作用。
Objective:To study the effect of Chaizhijingzhuo Pills on experimental prostatitis pathological model. Methods:The rat prostatitis pathological model with fibroid hyperplasia was established by injecting xiaozhiling into the prostatic dorsal lobe of rat. Results:Chaizhijingzhuo Pills could significantly inhibit the prostatitis cytoinfiltration and the hyperplasia of interstitial fibroblastic cells induced by Xiaozhiling. It also increased the secretion of adenocyte. Conclusion:Chaizhijingzhuo Pills has inhibition on the experimental prostatis of rat.
