摘要
目的探讨前列宁1号方对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的作用机制。方法采用SD雄性大鼠,于前列腺双侧背叶注入25%的消痔灵注射液,建立非细菌性前列腺炎动物模型。观察前列宁1号方对模型大鼠前列腺病理组织学改变及对血浆血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6ketoPGF1α)含量的影响。结果用药15d后,前列宁1号明显减轻模型大鼠前列腺炎细胞浸润,抑制纤维结缔组织增生;显著降低血浆TXB2含量,升高6ketoPGF1a含量,降低TXB2/6ketoPGF1a比值。结论前列宁1号方可改善模型大鼠前列腺的血液循环,消除血瘀状态。
Objective To discuss the curative mechanism of 'Qianliening-1 Decoction' on rats of abacterial prostatitis. Methods SD male rats, by injecting 25% Xiaozhiling Injection into the prostatic back of both sides, were made into model rats of abacterial prostatitis. The prostatic histopathologic changes and effects of 'Qianliening-1 Decoction' on thromboxane B2 (TXB2) and 6-ketone-prostaglandin F1α (6-keto-PGF1α) were observed. Results After treatment of 15 days, 'Qianliening-1 Decoction' could significantly decrease inflammatory cell infiltration, inhibit fiber connective tissue hyperplasia, reduce TXB2 content, increase 6-keto-PGF1α content, and lower the TXB2/6-keto-PGF1αratio. Conclusion 'Qianliening-1 Decoction' can improve blood circulation of prostatic model rats to dissolve blood stasis.
