摘要
目的:观察通泰胶囊灌胃给药后对前列腺炎大鼠的治疗作用,为临床应用提供药效学依据。方法:采用大鼠前列腺背叶注入消痔灵注射液的方法造成前列腺炎模型。各鼠按体重灌胃通泰胶囊,连续30天,末次给药1h后,取血分离血清测SOD,MDA,GSH-Px酶活力,脱臼处死,取前列腺称重,再以10%福尔马林固定,HE染色,作组织病理学检查。结果:通泰胶囊能明显降低前列腺炎大鼠的前列腺湿重和前列腺指数,改善前列腺炎大鼠的炎性浸润,并可提高大鼠体内抗氧化酶活性,降低体内脂质过氧化反应,提高机体清除自由基的能力,具有调节和改善机体氧自由基代谢失衡的作用。病理检查结果也显示通泰胶囊能明显改善模型大鼠前列腺的炎性病理改变。结论:通泰胶囊对前列腺炎模型大鼠有很好的治疗作用。
It is to observe the therapeutic effect of Tong Tai capsules intragastric administration in experimental model of prostatitic rats. These results can provide a basis for clinical application. Methods： The prostatitic model was made by hemorrhoid injection and inject prostate notopodium.Evcry rat was treated with Tongtai capsule by intragastric administration according to weight for 30 days,after one hour, fetching blood and separating serum, the enzyme activity of SOD, MDA, GSH-Px were determined, then the rats were sacrificed by dislocation, the wet weight of prostate were weighted, next it was fixed with 10% formalin, HE dyeing, and pathology changes of prostatic tissues were observed. Results： Tongtai capsule can obviously degrade the wet weight of prostate and the level of the prostate index in rats, to improve inflammatory infiltration of prostatitic rats and to elevate antioxidase activity in corpore,to degrade lipid peroxidation in corpore. Enhance the body＇s ability to eliminate free radicals, can regulate the body of oxygen free radicals and improve the role of metabolic imbalance. Tongtai capsules have favorable effect for improving the pathological changes of Prostatitis in rats by histopathological examination.Conclusion： Tongtai capsules have favorable therapeutical effect on Prostatitis in rats.
