摘要
目的 :制订氟病宁胶囊中毒性成分士的宁的含量控制标准。方法 :采用薄层扫描法测定氟病宁胶囊中马钱子的士的宁含量。以甲苯 丙酮 乙醇 浓氨试验 (30∶2 0∶3∶1)为展开剂 ,单波长反射法锯齿扫描 ,测定波长 2 5 4nm。结果 :通过方法学考察 ,点样量在 1.0 70～ 3.745 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,平均回收率为 10 0 .7% (n =4)。 结论 :方法可靠、数据准确、操作简便、易行。
Objective: To establish the quality control standard for toxic component strychnine in Fubinning lapsales.Methods: The strychnine content in Fubingning Capsules was determined by TLC scanning method, using a mixture of toluene acetone ethanol concentrated ammonia solution (30∶20∶3∶1) as developer; single wave length reflection sawtooth scanning method at 254nm of detection wavelength.Results: The methodological study showed that a good linear correlation existed in the range of 1.070 to 3.745 μg of the sample applied, and the mean recovery was 100.7% (n=4, RSD=2.0%).Conclusion: Trials indicate that this method reliable, accurate, simple, and easy to do.
