摘要
目的:建立氢氯噻嗪片近红外光谱分析快速鉴别方法。方法:近红外漫反射光谱法结合OPUS软件,建立氢氯噻嗪片近红外定性模型。结果与结论:本方法快速鉴别氢氯噻嗪片的同时也可准确区分不同规格制剂,为氢氯噻嗪片的快速筛查提供参考。
Objective： To establish the method of near infrared spectroscopy （NIR） for the rapid identification of hydrochlorothiazide tablets. Methods： Near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy combined with OPUS software was adopted to establish the near-infrared qualitative model of hydrochlorothiazide tablets. Results and Conclusions： This method can accurately distinguish the different specifications of hydrochlorothiazide tablets at the same time, and provide a reference for the rapid screening of hydrochlorothiazide tablets.
