摘要
目的:建立厚朴药材的近红外定性模型,准确快速的识别伪品厚朴。方法:近红外漫反射光谱法结合OPUS软件,建立定性鉴别模型。结果:模型能准确的区分正品和伪品厚朴。结论:该模型可以方便地进行真伪厚朴的识别,并可以有效地应用于药品快检车筛查。
Objective：To establish the Houpo qualitative model for identify the fake Houpo accurate and fast.Method：A qualitative model was established by NIR DRS and OPUS software.Result：The fake Houpo and quality goods could be distinguish by the model.Conclusion：The model identify fake Houpo and quality goods convenience,and the model can be used in the drug testing vehicles effective.
