添喂薰衣草精油对绵羊瘤胃液吲哚和粪臭素含量的影响 被引量:4

The Effects of Supplementing Lavender Essential Oil on Concentrations of Indole and Skatole in Sheep Rumen Fluid

摘要 【目的】研究不同剂量薰衣草精油对绵羊瘤胃液吲哚和粪臭素含量的影响。【方法】选用5只装有永久性瘤胃瘘管、体重35 kg左右的哈萨克公羊,试验采用自身对照设计。每只羊均先进行对照试验,再分别进行添加0.5、1.00 mL/(d.羊)薰衣草精油的试验,薰衣草精油分早、晚2次添加于混合精料中。【结果】日粮中添加0.5和1.00 mL薰衣草精油降低绵羊瘤胃液各时间点吲哚含量(P<0.05);添加0.5 mL薰衣草精油使绵羊瘤胃液各时间点平均粪臭素含量降低16.51%(P<0.05),而添加1.00 mL薰衣草精油使绵羊瘤胃液各时间点平均粪臭素含量提高6.74%,表明不同剂量薰衣草精油对绵羊瘤胃液中粪臭素含量的影响各不相同。【结论】日粮中添加0.5 mL薰衣草精油可显著降低瘤胃液吲哚及粪臭素含量。 [ Objective ] The research aimed to study the effects of different levels of lavender essential oil on the contents of indole and skatole of tureen fluid in sheep. [ Method ] In this experiment, five Kazak rams which were 1.5 - year - old, 35 kilos heavy with a permanent rumen fistula were tried. At first, controlled trials were conducted on each sheep, and then 0.5 and 1.00 mL lavender essential oil was added to the test respectively, namely, lavender essential oil was added two times every morning and evening in the mixed concentrate feed. [ Result ] When the 0.5 and 1.00 mL lavender essential oil were added in diets, the concentrations of indole at each time point of rumen fluid in sheep were decreased(P 〈0.05), and at the time when 0.5 mL lavender essential oil was added in diets, the concentrations of skatole average of at each time point of rumen fluid in sheep was decreased by 16.74% ( P 〈 0.05 ), while 1.00 mL lavender essential oil was added in diets, it was increased by 6.74%. It is inferred that the different levels of lavender essential oil to the concentrations of skatole of rumen fluid in sheep was different. [ Conclusion ] The results showed that thediets were supplemented with 0. 5 mL lavender essential oil can significantly decrease the concentrations of indole and skatole of rumen fluid.
