摘要
间隙放电状态检测是电火花加工过程中重要的一个环节,它的性能直接影响加工过程的稳定性.针对电火花间隙放电状态检测的问题,总结了电火花间隙放电状态检测的研究现状.介绍了电火花间隙放电状态的分类和特征,论述了基于间隙脉冲的传统识别方法和人工智能识别方法,指出各自的特点和存在的问题,并对放电状态检测技术的发展方向进行了展望.
Gap discharge status detection is an extremely important aspect in the EDM process, and its per- formance directly affects the machining stability. Aiming at the EDM gap discharge state detection, this paper com- prehensively and systematically concluded the research status of the EDM gap discharge status detection. The clas- sifications and characteristics of EDM dischargegaps, and the traditional recognition methods based on the gap pulse and artificial intelligence recognition methods are introduced, pointing out their own characteristics and prob- lems. Finally, the development trends of EDM discharge state detection technology are prospected.
