摘要
电火花加工的间隙平均电压是伺服控制的重要依据,是保证电火花加工稳定、高效的关键。在分析传统的间隙检测方法的基础上,提出了一种新型的间隙检测方法———间隙脉宽电压数字平均法。并且应用该方法实现了稳定的伺服控制,提高了加工效率。
Average gap voltage is one of most important parameters of servo-control in Electro-Discharge Machining (EDM), and is the key to ensure stable and high speed machining. Based on analyzing traditional gap investigation methods, a new investigation, digital average gap vohage during pulse width is presented. Using this method can realized stable servo-control and higher speed machining.
