摘要
通过在自行研制的往复走丝电火花线切割机床上应用辅助电极法,对绝缘陶瓷往复走丝电火花线切割加工间隙放电状态检测进行了研究。利用设计的间隙状态检测系统,在不同的设定电流脉宽和进给速度下进行了加工试验。试验结果表明,状态检测系统能对每个脉冲的放电状态进行区分,同时由于长脉宽放电的存在,使设定电流脉宽对加工影响不显著,且在一定范围内提高进给速度有利于提高导电膜形成的连续性。
Using assisting electrode method in a reciprocating travelling WEDM machine designed by ourselves, a research on gap discharge state detection of insulating ceramics machined by reciprocat- ing travelling WEDM is carried out. A experimental study on different setting width of current and servo speed by using the gap discharge state detection system is also carried out. The resulte indicates that the detection system can distinguish the discharge state of each pluse. The setting width of cur- rent has no significant effect on process because of the existence of the long-pluse discharge. The conti- nuty of the conductive layer can be improved at a higher feed speed in a certain range.
