摘要
万州必须客观分析自身在区域中的比较优势，并根据这些优势来确定万州在西部扮演的角色．我们认为，万州的优势不在于其拥有的矿产资源，而在于区位优势、政策优势等．根据万州的比较优势，万州应定位于建立商贸中心和内陆国际自由贸易区．
People in Wanzhou must objectively analyse Wanzhou's comparatively dominant position inthis district,and decide what role Wanzhou will be playing in the westem parts of China according to thissuperiority.We think Wanzhou's superiority lies not in it's mineral resources,but in it's position, policy etc..The locals should coneentrate their attentions on establishing the business and trad center and the internationalinland free trading district.
