摘要
目的探讨单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ型(HSV 2)感染的早期特异检测手段。方法对52例性病门诊的生殖器疱疹患者用改良的ELISA方法进行了HSV gD2IgG检测并同细胞分离方法进行对比观察。结果病毒分离的阳性率为69.2 % ,ELISA法检测抗体的阳性率为65 % ,两种方法检测结果差异无显著性。结论ELISA法检测血清疱疹病毒IgG抗体具有简便 ,快速 ,特异的优点 ,适合于临床大规模检测之用。
Objective To explore a specific method for the early diagnosis of genital herpes. Methods 52 specimens were collected from the outpatient department of venereal disease and examined with ELISA for the detection of Herpes simplex virus glycoprotein D2 IgG and cell isolation culture was done for comparison. Results The positive rate of the detection of the specific antibody against Herpes simplex virus was 69.2% and that of the isolation of the virus was 65%. Conclusion ELISA is the technique of choice to be used in outpatient clinic to detect Herpes simplex virus glycoprotein D2 IgG.
