摘要
目的:综述了直肠粘附制剂的发展。方法:收集查阅了国内外有关文献。内容:直肠粘附制剂的作用机制、制备方法、质量评价、体内过程等。
Objective:Review the developments in rectal bioadhesive preparations.Methods:Read up the relative literature, sum up and analyze collected articals.Results:summerize the biosdhesive mechanism, preparation methods, polymatrixs and quality evalution methods of rectal adhesive preparations.Conclusion:rectal bioadhesive preparations have relative high bioavailability and will have a bright future of application.
