摘要
中药复方制剂成分复杂,理化性质各不相同,受胃肠道环境的影响和成分之间相互作用的影响,因而其有效成分在胃肠道内的溶出、代谢和吸收情况不同。由于中药复方制剂在胃肠道内的动态变化是机体对药物的最初始作用,并影响到以后的全过程,因此,研究复方制剂在胃肠道内的动态变化,具有极其重要的意义。本文综述了近年来中药胃肠转运药动学的研究进展。
Chinese herbal compound preparations are complex components, with different physical and chemical properties, because of the gastrointestinal environmental and interaction between the components, and thus its active ingredients have different dissolution, absorption and metabolism. The compound preparations of Chinese herbal in the gastrointestinal tract change dynamicly , and affect the future of the entire process. As a result, to research the change of the compound preparation in the gastrointestinal tract of dynamic is extremely important. This paper reviews the research of gastrointestinal transit pharmacokinetics in Chinese herbal compound preparations.
