摘要
对柴胡微型灌肠剂进行了体外吸收试验，结果表明：离体兔直肠粘膜与玻璃纸对柴胡微型灌肠剂的通透性之间有良好的线性相关性；且透过性随药液粘滞度的增大而降纸。
The absorption test in vitro of Bupleurum micro-enteroclysis showedthat there is good linear correlation between rabbit’s extracorporeal recal mucosa and glas-sine of their permeability with Bupleurum micro-enteroclysis,and the permeability was low-ered along with the increase of tlie medicinal viscosity.
