摘要
《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020)年》指出了存在于教育发展中的"三对矛盾",它们共同指向了提升教育质量的当代意义。在当前的时代背景下谈论高等教育质量的提升,有利于避免过于偏重招生规模的扩大,有利于促进教育公平,有利于激活高校内部机制的活力。因而,我们要转变育人成才的观念,以社会服务意识增强质量观,积极实施教育质量工程。
Three contradictions are pointed out in the working policies in National I.ong--term Education Reform and Development Plan Outline. All of the three contradictions are directing to the contemporary meaning of educational quality enhancement. In the current era background, the enhancement of quality is in favor of surpassing the overestimation of enrollment amount, promoting educational equality and activating interval system of higher education. Therefore, we are supposed to change the cultivation conception, to improve quality viewpoint from social service view, and to practice education quality project actively.
